In this video, I show an AI-assisted sky replacement workflow that gets about 80% of the work done in seconds. The idea is simple: Take a video with a boring sky Extract a single frame and replace the sky using an image-edit model Use UNI3C to transfer the original camera motion back onto that reference image Generate a new video with a replaced sky, rebalanced colors, lighting, and shadows This workflow preserves camera motion, keeps the shot stable, and gives you a strong starting point for final polish in tools like Nuke or After Effects. This is not a one-click solution\u2014and it\u2019s not meant to replace compositing.
