You have to put the Wan 2.2 VAE, UMT5 text encoder, main OVI model and MMAudio files in the correct ComfyUI folders first. Then I open the OVI Engine Loader in the workflow and walk through the settings step by step. You see how I set resolution, frames and audio length for a real 10 second clip, how I write prompts with speech tags and background sound, and how I switch from text to video to image to video inside the same graph. I also test 50, 30, 20 and 10 steps on low VRAM settings with a LoRA, so you can copy the CFG and step values that work on mid range GPUs.
